The Alpenhof Grünwald chalet is located in Sölden, at an elevation of 1500 meters, directly by the ski slopes of Giggijochbahn (Nr 21 and 22) and the most scenic hiking trails.
This is an ideal starting point for numerous sports activities amidst fantastic surroundings. This holiday house is equipped with modern facilities and is suitable for families and small groups.

All summer mountain railways in and around Ötztal, museums and special attractions, holiday from the car (mobile throughout the valley - the entire network, Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road and Glacier Panorama Road (only by bus), walking buses and lodge transfers, guided walks, lakes and outdoor pools in the whole valley, Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Langenfeld 1x, Freizeit Arena Sölden, a multifunctional leisure and recreation center - the indoor pool, mini golf or pit-pat course, mountain biking and bike hire, bonus partners (for the Ötztal Card, you get even more discounts), reduction at the entire park program, Huben Ötztal Terrain Park, Area 47 - 1x adventure pool, bowling length field (bonus partner 20% discount with the E-Card).

This large 70m2 chalet is suitable for 4 persons and has a cozy and modern interior.
There are two bedrooms each furnished with 1 double bed. Each bedroom also has a bathroom equipped with sink and shower. There are two separate toilets. Every bedroom has a safe. Sheets and towels are available.
The kitchen is fully-equipped including an oven, fridge, microwave, 4-burner ceramic stove, dishwasher and coffeemaker. Every apartment has a flat screen TV with satellite and WiFi connection.
The house has a balcony, partly oriented towards the south.
Personal safety is a very important matter for us. Besides smoke alarms in every room there are also first aid kits and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
All guests of our chalets can use the ski room with boot drier, bike storage, washing machine and clothes dryer (for a fee).

The Alpenhof Grünwald is situated directly by the ski slopes, just a few hundred meters from the ski station of the Giggijochbahn lift. Right next to the house there are two ski runs and the gondola that can bring you in a minute to the heart of Sölden's ski center.
This is also the shortest way to the glacier ski area. You can also take the ski bus to Gaislachkoglbahn. This bus departs every 20 minutes.
The ski region offers 150 km of slopes of varying difficulties, with 69 km blue, 51 red and 28 km black pistes. Additionally there are 2 km of ski trails.
Sölden has an extensive network of trekking trails with a total length of over 300 kilometers. These are not only well-marked and signposted, but well-maintained.
The trekking region is suitable for both one-day walks and longer tours. The tourism association offers weekly guided hikes with experienced guides.
The village center is approximately 1.5 km away, thus can be easily reached on foot (a 20 minutes' walk) or via an inexpensive large capacity taxi. A free ski bus runs two times in the morning and two times in the afternoon. The bus stop is a mere 200 meters from the house.
Even closer to the house is Grünwald chapel. Throughout the summer it holds weekly services. The chapel belongs to the Maria Heimsuchung church in Sölden.
The large Freizeit Arena aqua center offers plenty of fun for all ages, and has everything from slides to wild water canals, whirlpools and steam baths.
